The mental health app space is saturated with productivity tools that treat ADHD like an organisation problem. Ronroo, a pre-seed mental healthcare app, needed a brand that communicated a genuinely different value to an audience that had already grown tired of every other app in the category.

A ready-to-execute brand and content playbook covering mascot direction, audience personas, A/B testing framework for founder-led vs. mascot-led content, micro-influencer outreach approach, and an offline virality concept.
