The Challenge

This was a first-ever event built from scratch with limited budget, a volunteer team, and roughly six months on the clock. Every process, from nominations to ticketing to partnerships, had to be created and made to work at the same time.

What We Delivered

120 Guests. Sold Out. 60,000 Impressions.

The event sold out at 120 guests, drew 188 award nominations, and generated 60,000 organic social media impressions. Guest feedback scored 4.64 out of 5, and 25 sponsors and partners came on board, validating the community's appetite for an event like this and setting a strong foundation for future editions.

What We Did

An end-to-end creation of the inaugural IWWOF Awards, from concept to sold-out event, in time for International Women's Day on 8 March 2026. That meant owning project management, logistics, partner outreach, and budget across a volunteer-led team with no existing playbook to follow.
