The Challenge
Most SaaS finance teams believe revenue recognition is already handled. Invoices go out, deferred revenue sits on the balance sheet, and nothing looks broken. Calqulate needed content that could shift that assumption before it killed a deal, without talking down to the CFOs who held the budget.
What We Delivered
The video reached 3,200 views on YouTube and improved Calqulate's organic search presence for terms their buyers were already searching. More importantly, it gave prospects the context they needed to understand the problem, so by the time they talked to sales, the hardest part of the conversation was already done.
What We Did
We produced a standalone educational video for Calqulate that tackled the single belief stalling most of their deals: finance leads who assumed their existing tools already handled revenue recognition. The video broke down exactly what their current stack was missing and why that quietly becomes a liability as ARR scales.
